Mobile outreach

We provide a mobile outreach service to people living with a mental illness who need intensive community support.

About us

The North East Mobile Support & Treatment Service (NEMSTS) is a mobile outreach service for people with long-term mental illness who live in the City of Banyule or Shire of Nillumbik. Most clients of our service are aged between 16 and 64.

You can use our service for as long as you need. We will come to your home or another place of your choice.

We will work with you, your family and carers so that you can live an active and productive life in the community.

Our services

We provide the following services:

  • Assessment
  • Case management
  • Treatment and ongoing support
  • Access to a team that includes psychiatric nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and social workers
  • Education about your mental illness
  • Rehabilitation activities
  • Linking you with other agencies or services

For clients

You can refer yourself or someone that you're concerned about to our mental health services.
