Telehealth

Telehealth video calls connect you with us so you don't need to come to hospital for your appointment.

Follow our simple instructions for preparing and starting your Telehealth appointment. If you have trouble, we can help you. If you need information in your language, we can help you.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is a video call appointment with your healthcare provider.

You can attend your appointment via video call from any location, such as your home, work or your GPs clinic.

We use the Healthdirect Telehealth Video Call system. You can use it on any smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera.
