We are keen to provide contact details, referral information and forms to make it as easy as possible for GP and health professionals to refer their patients to Austin Health.

Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital specialises in Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM), aged care, orthogeriatric rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation.
Referrals to this service require completion by a Geriatrician.
The Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre (RTRC) specialises in general, amputee, ortho and neurological rehabilitation, and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and spinal rehabilitation.
Referrals to these rehabilitation services will be reviewed at the Austin by the relevant medical Consultant.
