Our Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a multidisciplinary team of health professionals with expert knowledge and experience including geriatricians, nurses, neurologists, speech pathologists and neuropsychologists.
We provide the following services:
CDAMS is part of the suite of services provided by the Health Independence Program (HIP).
The initial appointment will include an assessment of cognitive and functional status, memory testing and a physical examination.
Clients are encouraged to come with a support person as the Collaborative History is an important part of the assessment.
