We support people to make decisions about the kind of care that they need when they are having difficulty having managing at home without assistance.
About us
The Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) has extensive experience in aged and community care.
We provide assessment to older people who could benefit from accessing a range of services to support independence, or from receiving supports in a residential care setting.
Our services
We provide the following services:
- Assessing your eligibility for Commonwealth Programs including Aged Care Packages and Residential Aged Care Services
- Providing information and referrals to other aged care, health and community support services as appropriate
