Telehealth (video) appointments

If your appointment is via telehealth, you’ll join using a secure video link. Once you log in, you’ll be greeted by reception staff and placed in a virtual waiting room until your appointment starts.

What to have ready

  • Your GP's name, address and phone number
  • A list of your current medications and supplements
  • Any questions you want to ask
  • Your glasses and hearing aids
  • A quiet, private area with good phone reception
  • A reliable device and internet connection

How long you might need to wait

  • Please allow up to two hours for your telehealth appointment.
  • You’ll be given a specific time, but delays can happen if another patient needs extra care or if staff are called to an emergency.
  • If your appointment starts later than expected, stay logged in - we’ll join you as soon as possible.

Specialist Clinics is open 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, from Monday to Friday.

Our Call Centre is open 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.

We're closed weekends and public holidays.
