If your appointment is by phone, a member of your care team will call you on the number we have on file. Please check that your phone number is correct and keep your phone nearby at the scheduled time.
What to have ready
- Your GP's name, address and phone number
- A list of your current medications and supplements
- Any questions you want to ask
- Your glasses and hearing aids
- A quiet, private area with good phone reception
How long you might need to wait
- Please allow up to two hours for your phone appointment.
- You’ll be given a specific time, but delays can happen if another patient needs extra care or if staff are called to an emergency.
- If your call is delayed, keep your phone nearby - we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Open hours
Specialist Clinics is open 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Our Call Centre is open 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
We're closed weekends and public holidays.
