The Oxygen Clinic determines whether you may benefit from home oxygen therapy.
Your doctor may request an Oxygen Clinic appointment if you are:

If you are an inpatient starting home oxygen therapy for the first time, we will provide you with everything you need before you leave hospital. You will be required to attend a follow-up clinic visit 4 to 6 weeks later to assess your ongoing oxygen needs.
If you are an outpatient, we will organise an oxygen clinic assessment to determine whether home oxygen is suitable for you.
If you are an existing patient of the clinic, you will have review appointments when needed.
Your appointment may be in the clinic, by telehealth or over the phone.
You are welcome to invite a family member or carer to be present to help answer any questions.
