The North Metro Local Health Service Network (LHSN) Graduate Nurse Program is a collaborative program across multiple health services.

It gives you the opportunity to build your clinical skills in both metropolitan and rural settings, within a well-structured and highly supportive program.

You will complete rotations across two organisations, gaining experience in different care environments.

  • 6 months at Seymour Health
  • 6 months at Austin Health or Northern Health

Seymour / Northern Health Aged Care Graduate Nurse Program

  • 6 months at Seymour Health
  • 6 months at Northern Health (aged care)

During the program you will have:

  • two six-month clinical rotations
  • graduate study days
  • supernumerary time for each rotation
  • tailored clinical support during each rotation
