We accept GP and specialist referrals to this service.

Doctors can refer their patient to this service in several ways:

Outpatients - find out how to refer to our Specialist clinics
Inpatients - request to admit your patient to hospital under the care of this service

Requests for an admission indicates a high degree of medical urgency. These requests should be directed to the Renal Registrar on call.
