Vaccination
Austin Health complies with government requirements for mandated COVID-19 vaccination. All students will be required to be fully vaccinated to undertake placement at any of our sites.
Fit testing
Fit testing is recommended for all students. This must be organised by your university provider. Austin Health reserves fit testing on site for our staff as a priority and are unable to provide fit testing to students at this time.
Other requirements
It is essential all students comply with all organisational and Department of Health (DH) policies regarding COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, personal protective equipment requirements, symptomatic testing and isolation requirements, daily attestation when entering an Austin Health campus and social distancing guidelines.
