Austin Health is proud to introduce our Patient Portal, a secure online platform on VicKey, that allows patients to access and manage their care journey anytime, anywhere.

The portal improves timeliness and security of communication, empowers patients to take an active role in their care, and access helpful resources about coming to the hospital.

This initiative is part of our commitment to improving patient engagement, streamlining communication, and supporting digital transformation across our health service.

Once set up, you can use the Patient Portal to:

• View upcoming appointments and planned procedures details,
• Access clinic waiting list and planned surgery preparation list status,
• Complete digital health questionnaire online,
• View pathology, radiology and endoscopy reports,
• Read messages from your care team, and
• Allow a nominated family member or carer to manage your account.

Future features will allow patients to request information changes to their patient details and even sign digital consent forms all in one convenient location – watch this space!
