The 2022-2025 Disability Action Plan aims to overcome the inherent barriers and inequities people with disability face when accessing healthcare.
Austin Health’s Disability Liaison Officer Program is now seeking feedback on the draft and we warmly invite people with disability, patients, carers and staff to share their views on the things that are most important.
A broad range of community and consumer voices will help us to understand what matters most to the people Austin Health provides care for.

Ways to have your say
Complete a short survey
Share your views by completing a short survey.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately five minutes to complete. You can use your computer or mobile phone.
Attend an online community forum
Come and share your views at a virtual community forum. There are two dates but the forum will be the same, so please only attend one event.
