The Foundation raises essential funds to supplement government funding and support patient care, research and services, helping ensure patients receive the best possible care.

If you are an Austin Health patient, limited contact details may be shared with the Foundation so we can contact you about opportunities to support Austin Health and the care, research and services we provide to the community..

This may include your name, postal address, phone number and email address.

The Foundation does not have access to your medical records or clinical information. This includes any details about your diagnosis, treatment or care.
