If you wish to use either one or both of your preceptors for your graduate year applications, ensure you ask them before you finish placement.
It is important to get the following details from them:
- name
- position
- phone number (either work or personal).
If they agree to be a referee, it is a good idea to email them a copy of your appraisal for them to reflect back on and a photo of yourself (how you look on placement).
