We have a strong focus on nursing education and upskilling opportunities with both a Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program and Post Graduate certificate in critical care nursing offered each year. There is also a wide range of nursing and education supports with a substantial in-house education team which promotes clinical support and education on a shift-to-shift basis.
