The Department of Clinical Pharmacology plays a key role in providing expertise in quality use of medicines.

The Department is committed to improving patient care and treatment through research and is also affiliated with the University of Melbourne Department of Medicine.

  • Risk assessment and treatment for people at high-risk of cardiovascular disease
  • A state-of-the-art laboratory to test for and analyse hormones, drugs and metabolites in patient samples
