Key information for referrers

Please include information about the wound history, past medical history and any investigations in the referral. This can assist with confirming an appropriate diagnosis and reducing duplication of further testing.

Our catchment area

Distance from Austin Health is not a barrier for clients attending centre-based services, however we encourage referral to the clients nearest service.
