Inpatients

For patients who will stay in hospital overnight. Explaining the process from arrival to departure, as well as the services and support you will be offered during and after your stay.
Outpatients

For patients who have an appointment with a specialist doctor or health professional at Austin Health’s Clinics.
Day patients

For patients who attend Austin Health for treatment and return home on the same day.
Emergency patients

For patients who have been admitted to the Emergency Department at the Austin Hospital.
