Training and Consulting

Schedule a session for yourself or small group

We teach literature searching and information management to individuals and small groups.
We are experts at searching biomedical databases (MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO etc) and can help you get results.
We also offer sessions in EndNote, one of the most highly recommended reference management tools.

Reviews & Quality project consulting

Involved in a quality project or policy review? Consider adding an Austin Librarian to your project to assist with literature searches and other information management activities.

Austin Librarians can also partner on scoping, rapid or systematic reviews - add us to your author team and we will design and manage complex, thorough searches in multiple databases. We can provide you with an EndNote library of de-duplicated results, and provide a narrative of the search methodology.

Call us on 9496 5393 or email the Library to get started.

For larger groups

Are you interested in arranging a group Library Skills session tailored to your department or research area?
We can arrange sessions at Austin, Heidelberg Repatriation or Royal Talbot.

Call us on 9496 5393 or contact the Library via email to discuss your requirements.
