Let us know if you can't show
Changing or cancelling your appointment:
- May cause a delay in your treatment
- Will prevent another patient from being offered an appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know as soon as possible.
Due to high demand, we may be unable to change your appointment. In these circumstances, we cancel your appointment and you go back onto the waiting list.
If you don't contact us, you may be discharged from our service and a letter will be sent to you and your GP to advise you.
