Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic

We care for and support patients who have experienced a neurological condition (except for people with brain injury and stroke, who are seen in other rehabilitation medicine clinics).

What to expect

The Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic is run at Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre on Tuesday afternoons.

You will see a rehabilitation medicine physician for a half hour appointment.

What to bring

When you come to hospital for your appointment, you need to bring:

  • Adverse drug alert card (if you have one)
  • X-ray films, scans, ultrasounds or any other test results or reports
  • Medicines you need to take while you are here
  • List of medicines you are currently taking (or the boxes) including herbal supplements and vitamins
  • Glasses, hearing aid, walking frame (if applicable)

GP’s, specialists, family, carers, case managers and patients can contact us directly to access our services.

Please note: We require medical information in order to help you. You do not need a medical referral to access this clinic.
