Diversity and Inclusion Plan 2020–2023

Our Diversity and Inclusion Plan celebrates the many differences that our people bring to the workforce and creates an environment where their individual contributions are embraced, valued and supported. 

The plan was developed through consultation with leaders and our workforce to help us understand what we do well at Austin Health and what we need to change.
