Program for 2022/2023

  • Dedicated Graduate Coordinator
  • Dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator
  • Two six-month rotations
  • A range of clinical areas
  • Ongoing position at the completion of the program
  • Part-time or full-time (minimum 4 shifts per week/0.8EFT)
  • Comprehensive orientation program tailored to the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
  • Structured reflective practice

How to apply

Applications for our 2022/2023 Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program will be open in late September 2022.

You will need to:

  • apply directly to Austin Health via our online recruitment system
  • include all of the application documents (see application requirements table below)

  • No more than one page

  • No more than two pages
  • Include table of placements detailing where the placement took place, dates of placement, clinical hours completed and specialty
  • Include two clinical referees
Academic transcript
  • Most up to date (even if subjects are still pending)
  • Must be certified either digitally or manually
  • Include marking key
  • Must be official transcript
Clinical appraisals X 2
  • Please include most recent acute placement
  • Second appraisal can be from an acute, subacute, or specialty
  • Appraisals should preferably include coversheet with the placement location and dates
