Community rehabilitation

We care for and support people in the community to meet their rehabilitation goals.

We help people in the local community who need support with their rehabiliation.

We care for and support people with a wide range of conditions including:

Some staff also have experience in the specialist areas of acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal cord injury and amputee rehabilitation.

We offer a range of options for therapy, including centre and home-based individual therapy, some group programs and telehealth.

We provide the following services:

GP’s, specialists, family, carers, case managers and patients can contact us directly to access our services.

Open hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm (excluding public holidays)
