By supporting the fundraising activities of Austin Health you are helping to purchase extra patient care equipment items, support research and patient programs, which help our patients to receive the highest level of quality care and comfort available.
Each year fundraising income enables Austin Health to purchase millions of dollars worth of medical equipment for patients. All donations (over $2) are tax deductible and formal receipts are issued by the Fundraising Department.
Some of the items purchased in the past have even helped to make surgery faster and less invasive, reducing patients’ recovery time, enabling them to go home faster.

How do I get started?
Decide on what your fundraising activity is going to be. You may choose to add a fundraiser to an existing event, create a new fundraising event at your work, club or with family and friends, or be sponsored by your friends, family and co-workers to complete an activity.
What do I do next?
Once you have decided to fundraise, and have chosen your fundraising event, complete and return the event registration/application form, available by clicking on the link below. This helps us to keep track of who is fundraising for us and when. Please complete and return this before you begin fundraising. Please note that any event, or associated promotional material that includes the Austin Health name, must be pre-approved by the Austin Health Fundraising Department.
