Abstract submission is open between 1 June and 31 July 2018.

Please submit your abstract using the form. A successful submission will result in seeing a message on your computer and receiving an email to the address you entered for correspondence.

Information about the poster sessions
The authors of each abstract will be invited to present a poster. There are two paper poster sessions on offer this year. Tuesday 16 October 1.30 -2.30, Thursday 18 October 2.30 -3.30. Authors are expected to be available to present a three minute thesis in front of their poster in the Education Centre at the Austin during the poster session. Depending on numbers of abstracts a third poster session may be offered on Wednesday 17 October 2.30 -3.30.

Copies of Posters will be included in the Abstract book
Authors will be asked to provide a powerpoint file of their poster for inclusion in the abstract book as a pdf. The provision of a file of the poster is not mandatory. Authors should consider this when giving permission to publish.
