As part of the Centre's commitment to excellence in clinical care and desire to add to the international evidence base for complementary therapies, ongoing evaluation is a key component of all programs offered.
Your emotional and spiritual health is important. Relaxation and mindfulness techniques can be very helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. They may also assist with specific difficulties such as fear or worry, pain or sleep problems. We offer regular group sessions in the Wellness Centre to assist.

We recognise the valuable role of carers and that someonems carers need help too.
If you are unsure which programs best suit your needs, please drop in to the Wellness Centre or Information Lounge and chat with a member of the Wellness & Supportive Care team. We are happy to provide further information on any of the programs or services.
