It is the responsibility of the Principal Investigator to ensure that all Post Approval requirements are met and that Lead HREC approval has been granted prior to Governance submission of Post Approval Applications.
POST APPROVAL SUBMISSIONS VIA ERM - NEW REQUIREMENT
All post approval submission must now be submitted via the Ethics Review Manager website.
- Please log into into the Ethics Review Manager website
- Please select the appropriate Post Approval form related to the submission.
- Upload all supporting documentation (Note: scanning may be required)
- Email an electronic copy of your submission to RGO - ETHICS02@austin.org.au
