Updated Insurance Certificates

It is a requirement that all updated insurance certificates throughout the life of a project be submitted to the Office for Research.

Submitting your Insurance Certificate:

1.     Please submit your Insurance certificate to ethics@austin.org.au

[Please title the subject of the email "Insurance Certificate for [Austin Health Project Number & SERP/Protocol number (if applicable)]”
